Geographical Location
The property is located 170 km southeast of Bangkok, in Rayong Province, Klaeng District, just 700 meters from Suan Son Beach. The area is quiet, with local families visiting the beach mainly on weekends and holidays.
Over the years, Scandinavians, particularly Swedes and Norwegians, have settled in the area and built several small resorts, such as Thailand Dream Village (TDV).
Easily Accessible
From Ekamai Bus Terminal in Bangkok, air-conditioned buses regularly run to Ban Phe, the small harbor town where boats depart for the holiday island Koh Samet.
From Ban Phe, it’s only 7 kilometers to our property. Shared taxis operate along the scenic Beach Road, following the Suan Son Beach (known as Pine Garden in German). The fare costs only a few Baht.
At the Soi 4 intersection, turn left, and from there, it’s just 700 meters to the property.
Pricing
Property prices in this area range from 4 to 5 million Baht per Rai, depending on the distance to the beach. (1 Rai = 1,600 sqm. We have set our price at 3 million Baht per Rai. The property’s shape allows it to be divided into two equal plots of 11,500 sqm each. If a division is requested, the rear section of the property must be sold first. Details can be negotiated.
